WAEC SSCE Results Under Review Amid Technical Glitches – What Candidates Should Know
WAEC SSCE results 2025 are currently under review as the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) confirms ongoing technical glitches affecting result access on its portal.
The council made this known on X (formerly Twitter) following rising complaints from candidates who have been unable to check their results since the official release date.
According to WAEC, the issue is linked to unexpected server downtime and data inconsistencies on the online platform. The body assured that no candidate’s result has been cancelled, but a system-wide review is underway to ensure accuracy and fairness.
“We are aware of the technical challenges and are working with our IT team to resolve them. Kindly remain patient as we complete the review,” a WAEC official stated.
Many 2025 candidates who sat for the Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) expressed frustration on social media, demanding prompt resolution.
WAEC emphasized that candidates should avoid panic and refrain from falling for scam websites or unverified result-checking platforms.
While an official re-release date hasn’t been confirmed, insiders suggest the portal could be fully functional within days.
