Tinubu Bringing Stability, Hope to Nigeria – Okowa
Former Delta State Governor, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, has praised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for what he described as efforts to bring stability and hope to Nigeria.
Okowa stated that despite the many challenges facing the country, Tinubu has shown determination to restore confidence in governance and strengthen national unity. He noted that the president’s leadership style has brought renewed trust to citizens and the international community.
According to him, Nigerians are beginning to see signs of economic recovery and policy direction that will improve livelihoods. He also highlighted Tinubu’s focus on strengthening democratic institutions, improving security, and creating opportunities for young people.
Okowa explained that building a stable nation requires both patience and collective responsibility. He urged Nigerians to support the federal government’s ongoing reforms, stressing that transformation cannot happen overnight. In his words, the steps being taken by Tinubu are laying a strong foundation for long-term growth.
The former governor further said that Tinubu’s commitment to reforms, especially in the economy, has positioned Nigeria for sustainable progress. He encouraged citizens to remain hopeful, noting that every great nation goes through difficult phases before achieving stability.
Observers believe Okowa’s comments reflect a growing recognition of Tinubu’s efforts, particularly in engaging global partners, attracting foreign investment, and implementing people-oriented policies. His statement also comes at a time when political unity and economic stability remain top priorities for the federal government.
Supporters of the administration view the acknowledgment from an opposition leader as a sign that President Tinubu’s policies are gradually winning wider acceptance.
As Nigeria continues to face challenges such as inflation, unemployment, and insecurity, Okowa’s remarks serve as a call for citizens to remain optimistic about the country’s future under Tinubu’s leadership.
